all sales are final. because results are generated and delivered immediately at the point of purchase, refunds are not offered under normal circumstances.

exceptions

• fraud or unauthorised charges — if you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorisation, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
• eu right of withdrawal — if you are in the european union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the consumer rights directive. you have not been opted out of this right. to exercise it, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

what happens if you get a refund

if a refund is issued for any reason, the win associated with that purchase will be revoked. your result will be updated to reflect a loss. you are buying a win — if you return the purchase, you return the win.
